NPDC Management
NPDC staff are drawn from all over Nigeria. The Management Team is made up of a Managing Director and other Executive Directors. The Managing Director oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.

Mrs. Oyeyemi Lawunmi Ladipo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the prestigious University of Ife.

 She joined NNPC on the 3rd of November, 1986 as a Teaching staff in Kaduna. In 1988, she was re-designated and deployed as a Personnel Officer to CHQ in the Group Admin and Personnel Division. Mrs. Ladipo progressed in her Career there until 1998 when she was transferred to Lagos Zonal Office as a Personnel Officer based on the Reorganisation and Placement on Organogram Exercise.

 In 2004, she was deployed to NETCO as a Human Resources Officer.  In 2005, she was again deployed to CHQ, HR to cover as  Deputy Manager, Career & Performance (Technical & Business Support Services). In 2006, after an outstanding performance at COMDP where she was awarded both the GMD and GED’s Meritorious Awards of Distinction and being successful at the Management Promotion Exercise, Mrs. Ladipo was promoted to the position of Deputy Manager, Technical and Business Support Services of Career Development and Performance Management (C&P) Section of HR.

 In 2010, after another Management Promotion Exercise, she was once again promoted to the Position of Manager, Leadership Development Learning of GLD in GHR. In 2011, she was subsequently redeployed as Manager C&P, a position she held until her recent appointment as Executive Director Services of the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Limited (NPDC).

 Mrs. Ladipo was a pioneer member of the Section and a key driver of the current Performance Management System in NNPC. Some of her other achievements includes: successful Pilot-run of the Performance Management System, Reviewed Staff Appraisal Instrument (SAIs) to support business needs; this brought down subjectivity in the Appraisal process, created improvements on the Appraisal process that resulted in cost savings, reduction in time to release results and improved quality deliverables, secured approval to upgrade and not convert operational Staff; that created improved performance and raised Staff morale.  A key driver of 2012/2013 Management Promotion Exercise (NPE). Mrs. Ladipo is a competency driven HR Professional, committed to quality delivery that fuels achievement of business goals. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Mrs. Ladipo is married with children.
