NPDC Management
NPDC staff are drawn from all over Nigeria. The Management Team is made up of a Managing Director and other Executive Directors. The Managing Director oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
Mr. Oibiokpa Ogale (fsi)

Education: Mr. Oibiokpa Ogale (fsi) hails from Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Jos, Plateau State.

Career: Mr. Ogale started his career in NNPC as a Security Officer at the Port Harcourt Refining Company Limited (PHRC) in 1992. Two years later, he became the acting Head of Security Services, PHRC. Between 1999 and 2006, he served in various capacities within the Corporation as Supervisor, Discipline and Work Attendance; Employee Relations and later Security Operations. He was promoted as Deputy Manager, Security to head PPMC Security in 2007, then Manager, Security in 2010.

In 2016, he was promoted to the position of General Manager, Support Services and moved to NPDC. As a service provider, Mr. Ogale brings with him vast knowledge of Human Capital Management with other experiences in the Oil and Gas industry having spent over twenty-five years in the sector. Mr. Ogale is known to be diligent, honest with high professional integrity and commitment.

External Roles: Prior to his sojourn in NNPC, Mr. Ogale had worked with the Adoted Nigeria Limited, a private outfit as Manager in charge of southern operations from 1986 -1989 before joining the Department of State Services in 1989. He has participated, supervised and presided over several NNPC special assignments. His stream of achievements in handling the assignments has overtime resulted in the conferment of numerous awards on him by NNPC Top Management including the GED CS’s prize in the Chief Officers Management Development Programme, Course 041.

He attended many specialized oil and gas industry courses both locally and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Institute for Security Studies, member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He enjoys playing golf and traveling.
